Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. A confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery within city: 2–4 business days
- Nationwide delivery: 4–7 business days
- Bulky/furniture items: 5–10 business days (scheduled delivery may be required)
During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, timelines may be extended.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders. Charges are displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a minimum threshold as announced on the website.
Delivery Areas
We ship across all major cities in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and Sialkot. Additional time and charges may apply for remote areas.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of recipient, re-delivery charges may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Damaged Goods in Transit
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if your order arrives damaged. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
