Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized furniture and décor items
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or altered
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Hygiene-sensitive items (mattresses, pillows, bedding sets once opened)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us within the return window at thedesirehomes@gmail.com or WhatsApp. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or card). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or higher value, subject to product availability. Please indicate your exchange request when initiating your return.
